Nick is being a real pain in the rear today. I wasn't able to go to work because I contracted a chest infection. I fortunately found someone to come in for me and the doctor prescribed me the same stuff he always does. Because I have asthma, I need to get those infections taken care of before they morph into asthmatic pneumonia.

All I did on FB was mention it as a side note, the main portion of the quick post being an update on my costume research of Fili's outfit he wears for the majority of the movie.

Cue the attitude.

I don't like to post personal things on my FB, I just don't. But I definitely got the impression he was looking for an arguement or a fight tonight. I stayed polite and simply explained what had happened and that I was just glad it wasn't the flu. Instead of just being pleased with that, he had to put his own two cents in about how he deals with as many people as I deal with, handles money and credit cards and NEVER has to deal with illness. So obviously my store wasn't handling the situation correctly.

::rolls eyes:: I'm actually aware of him having "fits" like this but since I didn't feel good today, it just irritated me right to the core.

Ugh, Men.

Damn, I just finished a cold and flu lotion bar that might be of use to you (I'm planning on sending it anyway, but darnit, I should have finished and sent some days ago). Why is that transporter not yet invented? /^^;

Regarding Gnat--er--Nick, do you think he's trying to find a way to force a breakup? Either way, he's starting to sound like a little snot--and that's me trying to be polite.

I'm actually pretty sure he's trying to do that very same thing. But because I'm pretty "mild" when it comes to relationships, I think he knows that he's going to have to officially end it and he really HATES doing things like that. Besides, according to our silly FB status, we've been in an "Open Relationship" since the beginning.

On a rather humorous note despite all of this, one of my bi guy friends decided that he and I need to go out on Saturday because he can't be around his domestic partner any longer. Looks like we have something in common to complain about. XD

Since I finally, finally finished the books (more or less) I wanted to work on your bath things next, and that was one of the first things I wanted to make. Will continue tomorrow.

Nailed it, not that I feel good about that, but talk about a douchey move. He needs to ball up if that's what he's planning on doing. I can imagine he'll likely be more 'distressed' at how upset you probably won't be. (And can I say that makes for the best breakup revenge?)

Go and have fun and maybe share a pint of ice cream with your bud and feel free to complain about your respective other parties, I say. Sounds like you'd both have much to say. /^_^\
